In hydraulic power systems, hoses, lines and fittings are responsible for safe, efficient transport of the working medium under high pressure to applications such as cylinders, valves or power units. This ensures reliable, stable operation of the entire system. Their proper selection, as well as manufacture from selected materials, minimizes pressure losses, reduces the risk of leaks, and thus maximizes the service life of the hydraulic installation. We manufacture hydraulic lines according to specific needs and operating conditions of the hydraulic system. We crimp lines according to provided patterns with one, two, and four steel braids.

Rapisarda High-Pressure Hoses and Custom Hydraulic Line Production
We offer high-pressure hydraulic hoses from the renowned Rapisarda company, reinforced with one, two, or four steel braids, enabling operation in a wide range of working pressures from 4 to 45 MPa. The standard operating temperature is from -40°C to +100°C, while in versions with reinforced outer layer the range reaches from -55°C to +135°C (momentarily to +150°C).
Additionally, we also produce hydraulic lines according to individual customer needs, equipped with various thread standards, capable of operating in very diverse thermal conditions. This flexibility ensures optimal adaptation to operating conditions while maintaining durability and mechanical resistance.

Fittings, Connectors, Quick Couplings
Our portfolio extends beyond just high-pressure hoses — we also supply a wide range of accessories essential for mounting and operating hydraulic systems. These include hose fittings in metric versions (e.g., ball-shaped with 24° seat, conical with 60° O-ring, flanged with face seal, ring-shaped, etc.) and inch versions (e.g., BSP thread, 60° cone, ring-shaped, flanged per SAE J518), also available in 45° and 90° options; other variants are available on individual request.
Furthermore, we offer straight, angular, and ring-shaped fittings (adapters), adapted to various thread combinations: metric, BSP, UNF. Our range also includes hydraulic quick couplings, including ball-type and flat-face versions, operating via a sliding ring, with the latter allowing disconnection under pressure, available up to 2" size. To complete the assortment, we also supply industrial pressure gauges, available in many scales from 0-10 to 0-600 bar.

Straight fittings for line connections with metric thread (24° seat), BSP inch thread (60° seat), and UNF inch thread (74° external cone) with interchangeability of threads in external and internal applications. Angular fittings, ring-shaped fittings, and hollow bolts.

Pressure Gauges
Universal gauges for industrial use. The working pressure measurement range should not exceed 75% of the range at constant pressure, and 65% at pulsating pressure.
